First U Get Unlocked Ur Redmi Note 4 Boot Loader How To Unlock Bootloader Easily

Then Twrp Recovery Instaled With Rooted How To Flah Twro & Root Ur RN4 Check This

After Twrp & Rooted ur Phone Then follow This Step:-

Copy Ur Rom & Google Apps zip File To ur Internal Storage

Go To Ur Phone Devloper Option by Going To

About Phone>Tap 5 Tym On Miui Version>Then A Notification Showiing Devloper Option Enbled>Go to Phone Accilibility Setting >Scroll Down To Buttom>Devloper Option>Then Enble Usb Debugging

Switch Of Ur phone

Go To Twrp Recovery by presing ( Vloume Up Key + Power Key For 5sec After u Get Feal A Vibratio..Now U Have Success Fully Opened Ur Recovery

Tap on the Wipe > Advanced Wipe and Select Dalvik / ART Cache, System, Data and Cache. Now Swipe to Wipe from Bottom.
NOTE:- Don’t Select the Internal Storage. otherwise, you will delete the ROM zip file.
This will wipe the previous ROM from your Redmi Note 4and now you are ready to install the new ROM on your phone.
Go back to the main screen of TWRP custom recovery and Tap on the Install option and Locate Resurrection Remix zip file and flash the same on your phone.
After that Locate Google App Gapps zip file and flash the same. You need to flash this zip file to install all the Google Application on the ROM. Otherwise, you will find any Google apps on your phone like Google play store, Gmail etc.
Once both the files are successfully installed on your phone. Tap on Reboot System.
