Xioami Launched Miui 9 Stable On 02nd Nov, On 3rd Nov Pushed The Update through OTA for (Redmi Note 4 & Mi Max 2), But in 3rd many user get the update through ota, but some user not get the ota update bcz Xioami server can't load at a time to all user, so Xioami slowely slowley pushed the update, it's take some time.. So here is i have a solution for u, look the given Bellow step & u get the miui 9 Stable..
